I only coach women on a 1:1 basis so I can work closely with you to break down any beliefs that you have collected over the years about diet and exercise. This is a journey of self-discovery.

I promised myself for my 30th birthday year I would finally start to love myself and have a healthy relationship with food. I yo-yo dieted for years, had body dysmorphia from eating disorders as a teenager, starved myself of carbs and spent monotonous hours doing mundane cardio thinking that was the answer.
So I picked up the phone to Effie, she went through every detail of my history, my habits, my go-to cheats, my relationship with food, training habits and more and she made a bespoke plan for me that at the start I couldn’t quite believe, I can eat carbs and treat myself and lose weight, who knew?
